and support the body with lost minerals. Vitamins mixture added for more effective recovery. Isodrinx is available in the form of ready made drink containing 750 ml. Another form is powder in can or in single-use bags.

Recommended dosage:
ISOTONIC DRINK - 35  g (slightly heaped scoop) in 500 ml of water. Drink during the load.
HYPOTONIC DRINK - 35  g (slightly heaped scoop) in 700 ml of water. Drink before and during the load.

For drink preparation do not use mineral waters.
